School Journey 2026 - Grittleton House
Tuesday 8th September:
After leaving the wet weather behind in London, all arrived safely at Grittleton House. Spirits were high and any early nerves and jitters had been forgotton. After settling into their rooms, the children took part in a range of activities through the afternoon and have all eaten well this evening. The children seem super excited for tonights activity of a murder mystery party!
Wednesday 9th September:
After some sleep and breakfast, the children were excited to start their first full day of activities. They approached all the challenges with excitement and a little nervousness but soon overcame this and met the challenges that were set. The children have enjoyed, aeroball, body zorbing, rocket launching and Jacob's ladder to name just a few activities. Tonight they take part in a quiz to see if they can outwit the instructors and teachers.
Thursday 10th September:
With hash browns for breakfast and a good nights sleep behind them the children were ready for the day ahead. For half the children, the day started with water wars and we were blessed with a bit of sun to ensure that they stayed warm but certainly not dry!
