Letter to My New Teacher
Hello Year 4,
This week, we would like you to think about your time in Year 4 an all the wonderful activities you did. Apart from the superb curriculum subjects like English, Maths and Science, you were also involved in many extra-curricular ones too. Do you remember going to the allotment (opposite the swimming pool) and The Saatchi Gallery to see the Egyptian exhibition? You also had a fantastic time swimming and playing tennis this year.
We are asking you to write a letter to your new teacher (we know that you don’t know who it is yet – so just call them ‘Dear Teacher’!) to tell them a little bit about yourselves, what you have enjoyed this year and if anything has been a bit challenging!
There are different writing templates to choose from or you might decide to design your own and write it in a different way.
Have fun thinking about your memories of Year 4. We miss you.
