Isleworth Town will always take informal concerns seriously at the earliest stage, in order to try to reduce the number of concerns which later turn in to serious complaints. We will always try our best to handle and bring any concerns to successful resolutions without the need for any formal complaint to be made. However, we appreciate that in some cases, parents and carers may wish to make a formal complaint.
