In the second half of the Summer term our topic is The Olympics. Have a look at what we've been up to so far!
KIDZANIA! BEST DAY EVER!
One Thursday afternoon we had a special visitor. He taught us how to play chess! Here's us having a go in partners.
Our topic for Summer 1 is Our Environment. We have been learning about the world around us and started our topic by doing a sound hunt around school. We wondered whether there would be any differences between what we could hear outside and what we could hear inside. In Art, we have been looking at the work of Andy Goldsworthy, an environmental artist who creates art using materials from the natural environment. Science focused on the 7 life processes and plans, animals and their habitats.
Here is some of our environmental artwork! We created it in the style of Andy Goldsworthy using materials from our natural environment.
