Welcome to Tiger class sharing assembly 2019. This annual star-studded event will take you through an area of learning that we have been so passionate about over the last 4 months. I hope that you will be able to enjoy this as much as we have enjoyed our learning.

When you use multiplication and count by 6,

Don’t get confused and lose your patience, no, no

See those 6s can be tricky, but if you just sing it with me

You’ll be counting up to 60 in your 6s in a jiffy

They say, come on try it, sing it don’t be quiet

Want to hear it from the highest mountain tops to the sky

Saying oooo I think I found a way to count by 6

12, 18, 24 30 and 36

4-2, 48 54 and then 60

Get up out of your seat and sing it with me

6 x 2, you just double

You get to 12 and 6 x 3 its no trouble its 18

6x 4 count one more 6, 12, 18, 24

6 x 5 you gotta try and get that 3 oh eeeye

They say, come on try it, sing it don’t be quiet

Want to hear it from the highest mountain tops to the sky

Saying oooo I think I found a way to count by 6

12, 18, 24 and 30 and 36

4-2, 48 54 and then 60

Get up out of your seat and sing it with me.

Eight Times Table Song (Cover of All About That Bass by Meghan Trainor)

Mr. DeMaio and friends cover All About That Bass by Meghan Trainor in this fun multiplication video that can be used to help you memorize your eight times ta...

Coz you know I’m counting by those eights, by those eights, no trouble

I’m counting by those eights, by those eights, no trouble

I’m counting by those eights, by those eights, no trouble

I’m counting by those eights, by those eights

Yeah, I can count by 8 and multiply by 2

and I get 16 like I’m supposed to do

And i’ll try 8 x 3 because that’s a piece of cake

It goes 8, 16, 24 counting by 8s all day

If you see 8 x 4 you’ve got to keep it up

8, 16, 24, 32, now that’s what is up

If you try 8x 5 just count it out for me

8, 16, 24, 32 and 40

These 8s might sound crazy but count them out anyway

(oooo ahhh)

8, 16, 24, 32, 40, forty eeeeight

56, 64, 72, 80 and eighty eeeeight

I’d tell you to keep counting but this stuff is a piece of cake

Coz you know I’m counting by those eights, by those eights, no trouble

I’m counting by those eights, by those eights, no trouble

I’m counting by those eights, by those eights, no trouble

I’m counting by those eights, by those eights

When it comes to timestables, we are pretty big deal around here.

Let me just break it down in numbers:

Of the 6 ROCK HEROES in the school, 4 of them are in this band

We have the fastest rocker in school

We have the richest rocker in school

We make up 70% of the Top 10 IN THE SCHOOL

We make up over 50% of the Top 20 IN THE SCHOOL

On averages, we are the fastest band in the school

Please lower your head for a thought and prayer

Through school and learning at home, we are able to develop talents and skills that can be used throughout our lifetime. Our learning will take us on an exciting journey. Our parents and teachers are evidence of what hard work and dedication can result in. But let’s not forget that the things we learn can be used for great things, such as helping other people and making a difference. We are fortunate enough to have had a good education and must remember that stuff we are learning and have already learnt can be used to make a differences in school, at your places of work and at home. These may be small differences but have a big impact on the people we are helping. We are all talented in our own way so it is important that we are reminded to share those talents with a diverse group of people. People that are asking for our help and even with people that are too shy to ask for help.
