Bumblebee Class has only started their Nursery adventure;

Chinese New Year and BOOK WEEK
On Monday we were celebrating Chinese New Year. The children enjoyed the Dragon Dance most. That was a lovely beginning of the BOOK WEEK in our school. Children in Nursery brought books to swap with their friends, they dressed up as their favourite heroes (or heroines) and villains and they also watched Robin Hood performed by Image Musical Theatre Company.
Bumblebee class enjoying the snow; we were talking about safety on a slippery ground and about staying warm
Winter has finally come

5 little men in a flying saucer flew round the world one day ...

Summer term has come, so has the lovely, hot weather and the children in Nursery were really excited to be back at school. We have started talking about how children change over time and what they are able to do, how plants grow and how other creatures grow. We have planted some beans and we will be watching them grow so please prepare your garden for a giant Beanstalk :)
FIT charity Copper Challenge - the children brought their pennies in today and then, as part of the whole school, we laid them out on the playground to see who could make the longest line
